1. Motor Inspection & Diagnostics – we know how to look for signs of wear and other common problems like misalignment or overheating. Moreover, we may take voltage and current measurements to check that the electrical system of the pump is working.

2. Motor Repair & Overhaul & Replacement – if a problem is found after our initial inspection, we will brief and advise the customer or whether a repair or replacement of damaged components (e.g., armatures, bearings, fans, etc) is a more suitable solution.

3. Motor Alignment & Balancing – to maintain the pump performance by reducing excess vibration using laser alignment.

4. Motor Efficiency Test – we can identify potential ways to improve motor efficiency. Performance parameters like torque, output power, motor speed or voltage can be fine-tuned.

5. Electrical Wiring & Connection Services – we check for loose connections or damage, and ensure that wiring is properly grounded and insulated.

6. Motor Control Panel Services – besides checking for compatibility with your pump system (this includes automation control systems) and carrying out calibration, we can install and repair motor control panels.
