Pump Maintenance & Servicing

We will follow the manufacturer’s recommendation for service interval schedules.

Servicing and maintenance will include monitoring the flow rate, pressure and temperature. As well as checking for:

• any leaks including examination of seals, gaskets, and O-rings for signs of wear
• worn-out parts
• excess debris and sediment buildup
• excessive pump vibration (i.e., weird noises)
• bearing temperature – we will clean and grease bearing (plus covers) if needed

Other than this, we will inspect coupling and shaft pump alignment as well as electrical components, sensors, automated control systems, control panels.

Pump performance optimization will be carried out as well to improve pump efficiency for better energy savings.
