Pump Installation & Replacement

Pump Installation:

• First, we will recommend a suitable pump type for your system after running some tests. This may include conducting a simulation.
• Next we will go through the pump’s instruction manual. A proper foundation is crucial too. We will also check for the initial alignment.
• For new pumps, we will connect the pump to the existing system. If automated operation is required, we will install the electrical wiring and control systems.
• After checking for misalignments, leaks, etc., we will do a test run to ensure the system works optimally. During this run, we’ll verify key parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, vibration levels, and noise.

Pump Replacement

We can safely disconnect, dismantle and remove old or failed pumps. We will isolate electrical and mechanical connections as well as drain off remaining fluids. Old pumps will be disposed of following Singapore environmental regulations.
